My latest Ideal Protein Phase 1 veggie receipe.
Pigs is a Blanket
1 head cabbage
2 can tomato sauce
1 lb. hamburger
1 head of cauliflower
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook and Drain cabbage.
Cook, Drain, and dice up cauliflower into small pieces.
Fry hamburger, drain grease, add tomato sauce and cauliflower.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Next in a 13X 9 Pan layer hamburger mixture and cabbage.
Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with oven roasted asparagus or steamed broccoli. I personally liked it with a fresh garden salad.Omaha Ideal Protein
